Fantastic Stay on The Palm!

I had an amazing holiday here! The room was super clean. The bed was especially comfy. The location was great. I loved being on the Palm.

The hotel is across the street from a mall. This provides very easy access to shopping and dining. Tram access is also conveniently located nearby. The hotel offers immediate proximity to key attractions!!!

the hotel have a nice location near nakheel mall. my room was spacious with comfortable beds. aryan, our housekeeper, was very kind and helpful and always willing to provide extra towels or water. the staff was professional and respectful.

The hotel charged extra for cappuccino during breakfast. This was unexpected. the policy change happened suddenly . i found it was cheap for this type of hotel.

FANTASTIC Stay!!!

amazing warmth total relaxation warm hospitality

The staff greeted me with amazing warmth and professionalism. The room was immaculate and contained everything needed for total relaxation. Vinayak was particularly accommodating and ensured all needs were met with a SMILE.

The kids' pool was quite small. It didn't allow the children to play freely as they wanted.

Breakfast had a wide choice. There were plenty of staff available to clear tables and provide drinks. The chefs catered to my tastes upon request. I found this REALLY excellent.

The room included daily cleaning, and I THANK Santosh for his diligence. My room was convenient, comfortable, and clean. ALL I needed for a GREAT holiday. The interior was immaculate and excellent.

missing tiles dated rooms

The breakfast had a great choice. I really enjoyed that.

The pool needed some serious attention. Many tiles were missing. Kids pulled them off the walls. The rooms was quite dated. The hotel could use an upgrade, in my opinion.
